Use of Products
Shirley’s Herbal Care products are intended to be applied topically (to the skin) for the purposes for protecting and maintaining the skin’s health.

Shipping Policy
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are available we offer no guarantee of availability. Goods are dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of canceling the order.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product(s). Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to opt out of placing your order if you wish.

We use the standard 1^st class delivery through An-Post here in Ireland and we will post worldwide. All goods will be dispached within five working days once payment has cleared into our paypal account. In the case of cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts, these must clear into our bank before any goods are sent.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund or replacement goods.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacture defect. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error.

Return Exceptions
If you experience any reactions to our products we are happy to refund you the full amount on receiving the product. We will not refund because of reasons of no noticeable improvement.

Complaints Handling Procedure
Complaints will be dealt with speedily, fairly, and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to all complaints within two working days and to notify the customer as to the likely timescale and progress of the solution. Our complaints procedure will be regularly reviewed to make sure it meets with all relevant codes of practice.
